Unopened products may be exchanged for store credit and/or a replacement product of equal or lesser value within 14 days of purchase. In the event of a product exchange, any additional shipping costs will be paid by the customer where applicable.
Due to health and safety concerns, only unopened products may be returned for exchange or store credit.
Products that are received damaged, or orders with inaccuracies, that are reported within 14 days of purchase, will be replaced or corrected with no additional shipping charges to the customer.
Please do not immediately dispose of damaged products, as an image or product return maybe requested.
Returns that are initiated outside of the 14 day window will not be accepted, unless there is proof of extenuating circumstances such as a delay in shipping or receipt of the product.
